About the products in the shop
The products in the Signé Fanny boutique are totally personalized creations or customizations.
Jewelry and clothing are unique pieces and cannot be reproduced identically. Variations may exist between the photos displayed and the product created during a 2nd or more creation.
The payment of a deposit corresponding to half of the sale price will be requested before the realization of your jewel.
1- Jewelry care
Signé Fanny jewelry is a handcrafted creation that is totally handmade, it is a delicate piece that must be taken care of by avoiding contact with water, the shower, the beach and swimming in the sea or the pool. Do not sleep with them, avoid wearing them while playing sports and do not put them in contact with cosmetic products.
Signé Fanny jewelry is made from rough stones and mounted in an artisanal way, slight differences in size and color may appear. Contact with water and cosmetic products can alter your jewelry over time. Stones are natural and fragile materials, so they must be prevented from being shocked at the risk of breaking.
Signé Fanny declines all responsibility in the event of deterioration of the jewelry due to lack of attention and care.
To prolong the life of your jewelry, avoid storing it in a damp room and avoid contact with perfume.
2- Livraisons
Signé Fanny is not responsible in the event of failure of the means of transport services. Orders are all sent in fast service with a tracking number in order to trace each shipment. The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing their order, by parcel tracked by La Poste within 2 to 5 working days (for metropolitan France). All orders validated before 9 a.m. are generally processed by SIGNE FANNY during the day.
The delivery times indicated at the time of the order are nevertheless indicative times, starting from the day following that of the customer's validation of his order, and correspond to the processing and delivery times (delivery of the products by the Post Office) in working days.
Under no circumstances can the deadlines indicated be enforceable or engage any liability on the part of SIGNE FANNY.
Nevertheless, SIGNE FANNY, in all cases, undertakes to ensure delivery within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the day following the purchase, subject to full payment of the price, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code.
It is possible to follow the progress of the package on the www.coliposte.net website.
In the event of non-receipt of the tracked package after 10 working days, without any notice of delivery, it is recommended to check its situation on the www.coliposte.net website.
SIGNE FANNY will not be held liable in the event of an erroneous or missing mention in the delivery address or in the identity of the customer when entering the order made by the latter.
SIGNE FANNY cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to La Poste or any other carrier. The risks of transport are borne by the customer, who must, if necessary, lodge a reasoned protest with the postal services or with the carrier, following the unjustified delay observed.
SIGNE FANNY declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft of the products ordered, strike, or any fortuitous event or force majeure.
3- Returns of goods
The jewelry created is neither returned, nor exchanged or refunded.
The jewelry has a 24-hour commercial warranty after receipt in case of major manufacturing defect or bracelet size problem. After this period of complaint after receipt, no support will be accepted.
The customer must make a complaint by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and photos as proof. They will also have to provide proof of purchase: invoice or proof of payment via the www.signefanny.com website
Are excluded from the commercial warranty, products that have been modified, damaged, repaired, etc. by the customer. The commercial warranty will not cover returned products damaged in transit or due to customer misuse or lack of care.

When the commercial warranty period of 24 hours has expired or when the customer has tried to repair his bracelet himself, the repair of the bracelets only, may be offered to the customer by SIGNE FANNY, in return for a financial contribution from the customer for the repair at the rates below:
• Complete clasp change: €15 incl. VAT
• Change of clasp on one side only: €8 incl. VAT
• Simple repairs such as broken elastic, missing beads etc...: 10 € TTC
By adding 5€ for shipping costs.
To do so, write to the address of SIGNE FANNY by registered letter.
The return of out-of-warranty goods must be accompanied by payment for the repair as well as shipping costs
(by cheque payable to Signé Fanny)
4- Intellectual property
All elements of the Site such as products, visuals, including the underlying technology covered by intellectual property rights, are protected and are the exclusive property of Signé Fanny. Any fraudulent use will be prosecuted. The user who has a website on a personal basis and who wishes to place, for personal use, on his site a simple link referring directly to the Signé Fanny site, must first request the authorization of SIGNE FANNY. On the other hand, any hypertext link referring to the Signé Fanny website and using in particular the technique of framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other deep linking technique is in any case formally prohibited. In any case, any link, even tacitly authorised, must be removed at the simple request of SIGNE FANNY. Hypertext links may be sent to sites other than the Site. Signé Fanny disclaims all responsibility in the event that the content of these sites contravenes the laws and regulations in force.
5- General Sales Regulations
Article 1 – PRICES
Signé Fanny's prices are indicated in Euro all taxes included. The VAT rate applied is the legal rate in force.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euro.
Signé Fanny reserves the right to modify its rates at any time and without notice. However, all invoices will be expressed according to the rates applicable on the day of the order.
The products remain the property of Signé Fanny until the invoices have been paid in full.
Article 2 – ORDER
Signé Fanny reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order (same name or address). More generally, Signé Fanny reserves the right to cancel any transaction whose nature or origin seems doubtful.
By validating your order, you declare that you accept it as well as all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by Signé Fanny constitutes proof of all transactions between Signé Fanny and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system is proof of financial transactions.
Article 3 – AVAILABILITY
Our product and price offers are valid as long as they appear on the site and while stocks last.
In the event of any unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.
Article 4 – DELIVERY
Our orders are delivered by La Poste to the delivery address indicated when the customer registered the order.
Frequently observed delays are 48 to 72 hours in metropolitan France. However, Signé Fanny cannot be held responsible for the delay in delivery due to the postal services.
We accept no responsibility for unsigned shipments that are not received or lost.
The products travel at the customer's risk.
Article 5 – PAIEMENT
Payment for purchases is made exclusively by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer or via PayPal.
Article 6 – RETURN CONDITIONS
The customer has a warranty period of 24 hours from receipt of his or her order to return a product that is defective. The product(s) must be returned, in its original packaging, unopened, each in perfect condition. The shipping and return costs will then be borne by the customer. Beyond this period, repairs are the responsibility of the customer according to the rates set out.
Article 7 – DISPUTES
Any possible disputes between Signé Fanny and its customers will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the company's registered office: Signé Fanny. A 15-day conciliation period must be initiated before any prosecution is initiated. This conciliation period begins with the applicant sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt clearly stating the grievances.
